We have introduced of a complicated ABC Costing system for Global ERP COE organization of Unilever IT which tackles hundreds of projects, tens of consultant and project managers, cost to be directed to right cost centers. Project Managers can now see resourcing bottlenecks of each SAP module in ERP COE team with managing projects over the tool with ease of use and a comprehensive report provided by the tool automatically.

We realized a user friendly web based performance monitoring & simulation tool developed for Unilever. The tool enable multiple ETS Teams to monitor performance from two perspectives : Process chain jobs' CPU utilization via stacked gannt chart, Transaction response time and execution count by country.
Furthermore, dynamic simulation to analyze the impact of changes over job schedules is a key functionality.

TUI & RUB supports one the most BI demanding regions in Unilever. We have developed a highly configurable application to import multiple file formats into staging databases with fault tolerance due to volatile nature of the sources. Our team also deployed the on premise BI (Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis Service and Power BI portal) solution and collaborated with business groups to implement dashboards.

Month end closing (MEC) is a multi step SAP reporting process that is completed by a specialized 50+ team in Unilever India.A web based MEC process tracking workflow is introduced with administrative self service tasks for user and process configuration. We are proud to announce that we received only 3 support requests last 5 years (kick-off).

We have implemented a campaign lifecycle workflow in which monthly costs are accumulated and grouped to generate invoices for related suppliers in SAP. New annual leave process eases more than 3k employees to get approval from their managers from their mobile devices. A web B2B portal is introduced to validate and apply mass price changes.

Esan, provides services to numerous industrial sectors with more than 150 different products, houses laboratories which serves both internal and external customers for testing various properties of materials. We closely worked with the lab team while implementing workflows to achieve annual performance of each department based on process metrics and better notification visuals for externals users.
